Jason Alexander and Martin Short are currently starring in the Los Angeles production of 
The Producers -the new Mel Brooks musical.
Jason Alexander plays Max Bialystock and Martin Short plays Leo Bloom. The Producers  began performances on Friday, May 2, 2003 , at the beautifully restored Pantages Theatre, 6233 Hollywood Blvd. Both actors have won Tony Awards for Best Actor in a musical – Alexander for Jerome Robbins Broadway and Short for Little Me.

Jason Alexander, and Martin Short are scheduled to perform for the entire Los Angeles engagement.
